Dont miss the most central hotel location in Whistler. Amazing staff. Beautifully curated rooms. Some of the best dining and social spots at your door step: Balam : Brazillian tapas and drinks Pisco sour and margs here for sure The Crystal : Karoke is not to be missed - the ultimate old world flavour apres spot w/ pool table The Beacon: Amazing staff and people watching. The ultimate local bar inside if you can get a seat. Great craft beers and burgers. Spaghetti Factory: Family feasting and 80s pricing.. the secret pre-drink spot.ssshhh
This was one of my top 3 favourite hotels on my trip through the rockies. They upgraded us a room of the best view of blackcomb. Their pool was just peaceful feeling, and don't get me started on the old spaghetti factory connecting to the hotel!
Second trip at The Crystal Lodge Incredible service, rooms are clean and updated. Have stayed in three separate rooms now, dual twins rooms, king deluxe room, and single twin room. Have never been disappointed. Parking is easy ($34 per night) lovely staff and beautiful lobby. I feel like it's placed perfectly in Whistler Village, close enough to everything, great view of the mountains from certain rooms, good views of the walkways from others. Would highly recommend, will return!
Stayed here for a weekend ski trip. Honestly a very solid hotel compared to others i've stayed in Whistler. A few hundred meters to the ski lift is super helpful in the morning.The ski valet is a nice touch after a long day on the slopes. Complimentary hot chocolate and hot cider is thoughtful. Only downside was you cannot leave the car there after checking out even if you're happy to pay.

Our new favourite spot! This was our first time staying at The Crystal Lodge and it made for a perfect Whistler getaway. It was very central, easy to stroll in and around the village and back. Staff were lovely and made for quick check-in/ check-out. The underground parking was convenient - although it is paid for separately which is one downfall. We stayed in a JR. King Suite that came with a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for a mix of home cooked meals and dining out over the week. The room itself is a great size, and the bathroom was beautifully updated. We loved sitting out on the balcony each morning with coffee and breakfast. This was a perfect time of year to come if you don't mind visiting in the off season for a breath of fresh air in the mountains. The village wasn't overly crowded for this time of year, lots of folks hiking or mountain biking to round out the summer season. It feels like you're on a Hallmark movie set! We didn't utilize the pool, hot tub or gym on this trip but next time definitely will. Can't wait to stay again!
My husband and I stayed here while visiting Whistler and it was a very nice hotel. It is located right by the chair lifts and in the downtown area so walking is very accessible. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms are on the smaller side though and I wish they would have had breakfast available every morning. A lot of the restaurants in the surrounding area are coffee shops and it would have been nice to have a breakfast area before you hit the slopes. Overall it was a very nice hotel and I would recommend staying here.
My wife and I had a great stay at Crystal Lodge over Thanksgiving weekend. We were so warmly welcomed by Andy at the front desk, who was personable and had excellent local recommendations. The hotel is wonderfully situated in the heart of the village, easy walking to shops and restaurants. We appreciated the high, beamed ceilings, comfortable bed and Beekman toiletries. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
